Godlyke Distributes Providence Brand eEffects

Godlyke, Inc. is proud to be named as the exclusive North American Distributor for Providence® brand Effects and accessories. One of Japan’s most lauded brands; Providence® products are used by such notable artists as Gus G of the Ozzy Osbourne Band and Robben Ford.

All Providence® products are created to provide solutions to situations that musicians encounter in their daily work. In order to deliver the tone and performance the pros demand, Providence® spares no effort in testing and re-testing internal wiring layout and all other factors to ensure that each product delivers uncompromised performance. Leading musicians and engineers are involved from initial product development right through final evaluation. Development and testing go far beyond basic reliability and electrical characteristics, with critical attention paid to “musicality” as well.

Godlyke will launch the Providence® effects line in winter of 2009. In early 2010, Godlyke will begin to offer other Providence® products such as their cables and signal routing units. Currently available effect models include the following:

New Shirt Designs

Lizard Leg Effects is now offering shirts in two new designs available in men’s and ladies tee’s, men’s long sleeve tee’s, and hoodies.

The tee’s and long sleeve tee’s are solid black 6.1 oz 100% pre shrunk cotton (the white stripes at the sleeves and neck in the images are strictly for detail purposes – the shirts are a solid black tee with a white screen). The hoodies are a heavyweight fleece blend, solid black with white screen, with the hand warmer pocket bottom front.

Ladies shirts, long sleeve shirts, hoodies, tall and 3XL-5XL size are only available through this preorder, which ends Sunday December 20^th. Shirts are expected to ship the second week of January.

New Xotic Effects Custom Shop

For those of you who haven't heard yet, Xotic has announced the birth of their Xotic Effects Custom Shop. The Custom Shop came to be from the feedback Xotic Effects has gotten over the years from their customers. The first Xotic Effects Custom Shop model was released Dec 11th of this year, the first pedal being the BBP-MB. The BBP-MB takes the renowned BB-Preamp to the next level. Xotic has supplemented the BBP-MB with a mid-boost control, which according to Xotic adds more aggressive bite to your sound and up to +12dB of mid-treble boost.
